Making change.

Our Workshops.

We know that too often, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are seen as “add-ons” rather than priorities, and that many workplaces still miss the chance to make them central. But DEI isn’t just about words — it’s about actions that affect real people’s lives. Without it, working environments can become unfair, harmful, and damaging to mental health.

That’s why our workshops go further. We weave social responsibility, anti-racism, and mental health into everything we do — not just as one-time discussions but as part of the way we work, learn, and collaborate. This means participants don’t just leave with knowledge, but with tools to integrate these principles into their everyday practice.

In a racist society, it is not enough to be non-racist. We must be anti-racist.

Mental health...is not a destination but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going

To build community requires vigilant awareness of the work we must continually do to undermine all the socialisation that leads us to behave in ways that perpetuate domination.
