Anti-Racism.

We partner with organisations to dismantle systemic barriers and build healthier cultures by: advancing anti-racism education that challenges systemic racism, facilitating authentic conversations that build accountability and understanding, and implementing trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health care that serves the whole organisation

    Anti-racism work begins with acknowledging what you know and accepting what you don’t know with compassion and openness. Our workshops incorporate a clear understanding of what racism is and its effects.

    The Collective’s holistic approach to anti-racism work explores how aspects of our identity and our experiences show up when engaging in diversity, equity and inclusion. How we show up in these spaces determines how we strengthen relationships.
