We are The Florence and Sylvia Collective a company registered in England and Wales under number 15990273 whose registered office is at Suite 334, 80A Ruskin Ave, Welling, DA16 3QQ; (the Platform or Collective or us or we).
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services
Eligibility
To subscribe to The Platform, you must:
Hold and maintain the required qualifications, certifications, and/or licenses to practice therapy in your respective jurisdiction.
Adhere to the ethical guidelines and code of conduct applicable to your profession.
Be 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and can comply with these Terms.
Subscription and Use of the Platform
Account Setup
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including your qualifications, contact details, and professional affiliations. It is your responsibility to update this information when changes occur.
Subscription Fees
Subscription to the Platform is subject to payment of applicable fees as outlined at the time of registration. Fees are refundable for no more than 72 hours following payment, except where required by applicable law.
Profile Information
Your profile must truthfully represent your qualifications, services, and areas of expertise. You agree not to include false, misleading, or unauthorised information.
Professional Use Only
The Platform is strictly for promoting professional therapy services. Any use unrelated to professional activities, including but not limited to advertising non-therapeutic products or services, is prohibited.
Adherence to Professional Codes of Conduct
As a subscriber, you must adhere to the following principles:
Compliance with Ethical Guidelines: You agree to comply with the ethical guidelines and code of conduct mandated by the governing body of your profession (e.g., BPS, BACP, UKCP). This includes maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and a commitment to client welfare.
Client Welfare and Safety: You must; ensure all interactions with potential and current clients are conducted ethically and professionally and void any actions or communications that could harm or exploit clients.
Representation of Qualifications: Only represent services and qualifications that you are certified and competent to provide. Misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Respecting User Privacy: Any client data accessed through the Platform must be handled in strict compliance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR or HCPC (as applicable).
Prohibited Conduct
Subscribers are prohibited from:
Engaging in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities through the Platform.
Impersonating another professional or entity.
Posting inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content.
Using the Platform to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
Violating intellectual property rights of the Platform or other users.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
Platform Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof without prior notice. While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee the availability or functionality of the Platform at all times.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
As a subscriber, below are the terms of our cancellation policy:
Cancellation by Subscriber:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team here.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term unless required by applicable law.
Cancellation by The Florence and Sylvia Collective:
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if you violate these Terms, engage in unethical conduct, or fail to maintain the necessary qualifications.
If your subscription is terminated by us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the circumstances, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds and Prorated Fees:
Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods unless legally required.
In cases of system errors or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Termination and Account Suspension
Voluntary Termination:
You may terminate your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined on the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Substantial changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Professional Standards and Responsibilities
Therapists subscribing to the Platform must remain in compliance with relevant codes of ethics, including but not limited to:
Any other regional or national ethical standards applicable to your professional designation.
The above ethical codes must be reviewed periodically to ensure adherence.
By subscribing to and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
